Diamond Direct Care Network is designed to make direct primary care programs accessible for employer groups across the nation by combining telemedicine and in-person visits into one integrative DPC program.
How does it work?
Employer groups can choose to leverage in-person care, telemedicine (for employees based in the same state but live more than 30 miles from the office), or a combination of both. In an effort to provide in-person care to as many employees as possible (particularly groups with remote employees or widespread employee populations), Diamond is leveraging Accresa’s built-in Affiliation ManagerTM to collaborate with other networks, including Allied National.
Who can participate?
Groups of all shapes and sizes! Diamond Direct Care Network works with large and small employers, unions, independent school districts, franchise systems, and more.
How can I partner with Diamond Direct Care Network?
Healthcare Providers: If you’re a current Accresa provider looking to expand your patient panel, you can log in and request to partner with Diamond Direct Care network under the ‘Affiliation Manager’ section of your dashboard. If you’re new to Accresa and want to learn more, contact us here.
