The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces in previous weeks. 

Networks/Consultants: 
  • Plans created under a network, clinic or physician profile(s) can now be hidden and excluded from participant selection. To hide a plan, please navigate to the entity in which the plan was originally created. This may be the network, clinic or physician dashboard. This does not apply to consultant plans.
  • We are now able to prorate monthly memberships based on the day of enrollment. Once the participant goes through the plan/doctor selection process, the checkout page will display the appropriate prorated amount for the corresponding month in which they first enroll. After that, it becomes a recurring monthly membership, so if the member changes a plan/provider mid-month, that change will be pending until the 1st of the next month.

Employers:
  • Employer default contact will now receive an email on the 1st of the month with the applicable payment reports. This email may include the employer contribution report, the payroll deduction report and reports on other fees.
Participants:
  • Enrollment emails are now being sent from support@accresa.com instated of no-reply@accresa.com. Participants can now reply to any of the notifications sent via email. 

Upcoming Enhancements:
  • Password to change from 6 to 8 characters. Existing users will renew their password upon expiration.
  • 2-step verification via email
  • We are improving the participant experience with a new process to enroll via link.
