Clinics/Physicians

  • Debt Cancellation Feature
    • Clinic & Physician users have the ability to cancel/remove an outstanding member debt. (Go to the Clinic or Physician Dashboard > Outstanding Payments tile > Click the ‘REMOVE DEBT’ button)
    • Clinic Default Users now receive a specific list of emails & messages for all of their physicians

Reports

  • Enrollment Activity Report (MSR Dashboard)
    • In this report, historical data of member activity for enrollments, plan selections and coverage changes are being presented to the MSR users
  • Member Payment Activity Report (MSR & Member Dashboard)
    • Historical member payment activity including initial payment, monthly payments, failed payments, and debt payments or removals

Employers/Groups

  • Primary member SSN is no longer required in the system for enrollments (via spreadsheet uploader & sign-up enrollment link)

Plan Enhancements

  • Plans can now be created with multiple age-banded tiers and pricing.
    • This eliminates the need to add multiple plans when providers offer services for multiple age tiers.
    • Enrolled members will be automatically moved to their next age tier price.
    • If an enrolled member is about to age-out of plan, we will notify them in advance.
  • Consultant Plans are now editable and follow the same logic as provider plan edits.

Reports

  • Provider payment reports have been updated to include total gross plan amount and Accresa transaction fees.
  • Accresa Bank Ledger and Member Receipts are white labeled

Members

  • Whether a member is being uploaded via the spreadsheet uploader or enrolling via link, the primary member’s phone number is a required field.

Plan Enhancements

  • Plan Discounts are now applied ‘per plan’ created by any stakeholder that has plan management user access (discounts were previously created at the Network Level and applied to all network plans).
    • A plan discount percentage (%)’ can be applied with a member discount range (For example, you can set a discount range that if ‘2’ members under the same account enroll in the plan, they receive a 25% discount).
    • Users can add or edit multiple discounts to a single plan.
  • Map Link & “XX Miles to Clinic”  removed for all virtual plans on plan search page.

Employers/Groups

  • Missing Payment Info (Alert) - A new alert notification will display in the group dashboard for any employer/group that is missing banking information.
  • Member Setup Report - Report now includes the ‘plan effective date’ (i.e., the effective date a member enrolls with a plan or provider).

Member Enrollment (Sign-Up) Link

  • ‘Primary Only’ sign-ups (optional) - Under the Group Dashboard, Admin Users now have the ability to make an enrollment link for member accounts as ‘Primary Only’ or ‘Allow for Dependents’ on the membership sign-ups.

New UI/UX Enhancements to Member Dashboard 

  • To see an overview of the new member dashboard and enrollment experience, please click HERE to view our updated member guide for employee enrollments.
    • When any member has not yet selected a provider, we now clearly display a banner notification at the top of the member dashboard.
  • Enrollment Link Changes – If an enrollment link has the Sign-Up functionality enabled, members are taken directly to the member account form. Once the account is created, members can enroll with a provider. For an overview of the membership sign-up process, please click HERE to view our updated member guide for independent enrollments.
    • Please Note: If the Sign-Up functionality is turned OFF, members are taken strictly to a ‘preview’ provider search page (this has not changed).

Employers/Groups

  • Custom Banner Notifications (optional) - Employer groups can be flagged to present a custom banner notification to their members. The banner notification will display on the Provider Search Page, Provider Profile, and Checkout Page.
  • Email Notifications to members when a new family member is added to the account. Once the coverage is updated, an automated email notification is sent to the primary member to inform them that a new family member has been added to their account and to proceed with logging in and enrolling them with a provider.

  • Groups can be flagged to present custom alert notifications to their members.

Debt Reconciliation Enhancements
  • Provider payments enhanced to exclude providers in the monthly payment batch when there is an associated member debt.
  • Provider debt reconciliation function processes payment to the provider when the clinic resolves debt from the member.

The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces in previous weeks.

Patient Agreement Enhancements

  • Any Network/Clinic/Provider has the option to upload a PDF agreement. Prospective members will be required to review and 'sign' before completing their enrollment. Once signed, Accresa will email the member a copy of the executed agreement with a cover page including member name, provider/plan selection, total plan cost, etc. Providers or Clinics click HERE to learn more. Security Enhancements

  • Additional layers of security added to the system for certain components:
    • Provider affiliation link removed from the consultant dashboard. Please contact support@accresa.com if you need a provider added using an affiliation link. 
      • Each link is unique per provider and expires three days after it has been generated.
    • reCAPTCHA functionality added to the patient verification page and member enrollments process through the registration link
    • Reset password link will only be sent to active members and will expire within 24 hours of activation.
      • Reset password links can be requested up to three times consecutively, upon the fourth request an error will be presented.

Provider Reports

  • Terminated providers are now included in the provider report.
  • Provider coverage map report now includes city and state fields.

Payment Reports

  • Date updated to short format in all the payment reports.

Other Enhancements

  • Provider Quick Search tool enhanced with the ability to search with Clinic street address.
  • New Clinic type toggle set to Hybrid by default.
  • Provider Search for members is set to show all providers in offering by default. 
  • Employers/Groups have the option to display customized banner alerts to their members.

Auto-Enrollment for Members

  • This is an optional enrollment setting that, once activated, will immediately assign a healthcare provider to members you have added into the group dashboard. The system will auto-enroll members based on the provider nearest to their home address. Click HERE to learn more about this feature.

GeoAccess Analysis Tool

  • The GeoAccess Analysis Tool generates a detailed report that allows our network and consultant partners to view provider coverage within the Accresa platform. The system intakes the home address and zip codes of where the members live and generates a report of coverage (Can be a customized provider search within a 5, 10, 20, or 40 mile radius). This tool helps our partners to scale the model by affiliating to other network providers via the Accresa Affiliation Manager™.
