The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces in previous weeks.
Patient Agreement Enhancements
- Any Network/Clinic/Provider has the option to upload a PDF agreement. Prospective members will be required to review and 'sign' before completing their enrollment. Once signed, Accresa will email the member a copy of the executed agreement with a cover page including member name, provider/plan selection, total plan cost, etc. Providers or Clinics click HERE to learn more. Security Enhancements
- Additional layers of security added to the system for certain components:
- Provider affiliation link removed from the consultant dashboard. Please contact support@accresa.com if you need a provider added using an affiliation link.
- Each link is unique per provider and expires three days after it has been generated.
- reCAPTCHA functionality added to the patient verification page and member enrollments process through the registration link
- Reset password link will only be sent to active members and will expire within 24 hours of activation.
- Reset password links can be requested up to three times consecutively, upon the fourth request an error will be presented.
Provider Reports
- Terminated providers are now included in the provider report.
- Provider coverage map report now includes city and state fields.
Payment Reports
- Date updated to short format in all the payment reports.
Other Enhancements
- Provider Quick Search tool enhanced with the ability to search with Clinic street address.
- New Clinic type toggle set to Hybrid by default.
- Provider Search for members is set to show all providers in offering by default.
- Employers/Groups have the option to display customized banner alerts to their members.
