The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces last month.
Affiliation Manager
- The menu options that relate to managing affiliations have been updated.
- 'Manage Affiliations': We updated this table to better sort incoming and outgoing affiliations. This section allows users to approve, decline and terminate affiliation requests and partnerships.
- 'Invite Others to Join My Network': This includes the pre-existing geo-locator of current providers in Accresa, as well as the link to externally invite providers to join the system and your network.
- 'Request to Join Other Networks': This allows providers to find and send requests to networks open to accepting affiliate partners.
Network ‘View Only’ Users
- This type of user is no longer allowed to navigate to the consultant dashboard.
Coverage Map
- This new link allows a network to see their existing coverage based on its own providers and affiliates. The map shows locations, but does not display address nor contact information. The listed providers, while listed in Accresa, are not necessarily visible and open to accept patients.
New Login Feature for All Users
- Users can now log in interchangeably with either their email address or username. This was implemented to assist users who may not recall the username they created their account with initially.
Employer/Employee Enhancements
- EIN is no longer a required field for employer entities.
- SSN for dependents is no longer required. The principal employee’s SSN is the only required SSN.
Employer-Based Fees
- Users can now apply different fee types to different employer entities, where Plan Fees relate to payments directly to providers and Network Fees are separate and stacked on top. All accounts have been updated to reflect this stacking model.
