The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces last month.

 

Healthcare Provider Updates/Enhancements
  • Total payment summations are now displayed at the bottom of the payment report. Previously, only line item number were displayed.

  • Administrative users now have the option to add a Tax Identification Number (TIN) to a provider's profile. While we do not issue any tax-related documentation, the TIN field will be displayed in payment reports and is intended to help networks with their own internal record keeping.

  • Providers will now receive an email to inform them of new patients selecting them within the platform. Previously, this notification was sent via the in-platform Message Center only.

  • If a provider is scheduled to receive a payment but the required banking information has not been added to the system, we will send a reminder via email in advance of the payment due date. Previously, no notification was sent. 
  • Our Provider Resource Center is now available! Browse educational videos, answers to commonly asked questions, support resources, and more. You can access the link within the platform at any time by clicking the (?) icon on the top right corner of the page.
