The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces in previous weeks.
Security Enhancements
- Improved content loading speed across platform
- 15 min inactivity logout includes a 2-minute warning pop up timer
- Enhanced system software access log records
Networks/Consultants
- Enrollment via Link:
- Option for members enrolling via link to start their membership today or the first day of the upcoming month
- PSR Dashboard enhancements:
- Provider selections column with yes/no
- Termination date column in the initial dashboard
- Verbiage changes across the dashboard
- Added a few notifications when applicable
Member Enrollment
- Able to add DOB and address for new members added directly in the system
Members
- Ability for members to self-terminate their account (optional group setting)
Upcoming Enhancements
- Improve participant termination and re-instate logic - no more support tickets needed!
- Enhanced debt reconciliation in system with ability for clinic/provider users to charge credit/debit cards for previously failed payments.
- Accresa email notification for Default Users when enrolled members turn 65 years old.
- Enhancements to Consultant Reports.
