The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces last month.
Network / Consultant Users
- New Notification for Patient Terminations: Providers will now receive a message via Accresa when a patient’s plan is due to terminate. This can happen because either (A) the participant selected a new provider, or (B) the participant was terminated from the program.
- Coverage Map URL Update: You can now download a list of providers by zip code that corresponds with the locations on your coverage map. The download button is in the top left corner of the map screen. As a reminder, the coverage map is the map that shows your included coverage and includes any affiliated providers and can be accessed through the main dashboard under the 'Reporting' navigation.

- Patients from Affiliated Providers: Patient counts on both the main dashboard and the Patient Report do not include patients of affiliated providers. However, the Affiliate Patients Report is now available and displays patient counts per affiliated provider.
Employers
The employee roster, visible from the main dashboard, has been enhanced to include more detailed information regarding an employee's account setup and provider selection.
- The blue 'View' icon on the employee table was enhanced to display additional information on the enrollment status per participant and their dependents.
- Setup Completion
- New Inputs: Complete or Not Complete
- Values for added or pending participants is also displayed. For example, if the setup has been completed for the primary employee but not the spouse included on the plan, 'Not Complete (1/2)' would appear here. This will change to 'Complete' when the setup wizard is completed for the remaining spouse.
- Provider Selection
- New Inputs: Complete or Not Complete
- Values for participants with a doctor selection is shown. For example, if a provider has been selected for the primary employee and spouse, but not the child included in the plan, 'Not Complete (2/3)' would appear here. This will change to 'Complete' once a provider is selected for the remaining child.
Participants
- Provider Search Page Redesign: We have updated the Provider Search to be more user-friendly and easy-to-navigate for our participants by consolidating provider details and our map screen to a single, cohesive, side-by-side view.

- New Membership Cards: Each time a participant selects a new plan, he or she will be notified via email that their new Membership Card is available. Each card has a patient identifier that, when entered into the Verification Center, will display the plan and services covered. Cards can be printed or presented via phone. Stay tuned for updates to this feature, as we plan to roll out Apple Wallet and Google Pass functionality in an upcoming release.
Miscellaneous
- The setup wizard design was updated for all user groups.
- The site favicon was updated.
