The following enhancements were implemented to the various Accresa user interfaces in previous weeks.

Payments

  • New Debt Reconciliation - Clinic/Provider users can now leverage Accresa to charge credit/debit cards for previously failed payments. (A report for these reconciled debt payments can be found under Reports > Debt Reconciliation Report)

Member Enrollment

  • Group admins can now add spouse and dependent information when creating a new account for a primary member (This replaces the ‘coverage type’ drop down).
  • New Eligibility Template - Automatic member eligibility updates possible by uploading the new template: 
    • Add primary members and their dependents
    • Make coverage changes
    • Terminate members
    • Update demographic information
    • Assign a custom member ID to match your record (if applicable)
    • A populated template file can be downloaded for your convenience

The combination of these 2 enhancements helps pre-populate spouse and dependent information, which improves the Accresa enrollment experience.

Consultant Reports

  • Consultant users can access global payment and member setup reports for all their participating groups/employers. 

System Emails and Notifications

  • Providers can request the activation of an email notification when members are about to turn 65 years of age. The notification email is sent to Default Users 45 days in advance of the member’s DOB in which they would turn 65. Please email support@accresa if you are interested in activating this notification.

Upcoming Enhancements

  • Member Auto-enrollment (optional) - If the plan is 100% completely covered by the group/employer, Accresa has the ability to automatically enroll members to a physician nearest to their home address.
  • Patient Agreement Enhancements
  • New UI/UX enhancements to the platform and member enrollment experience!
