Anne Richter | President, Accresa
Anne began her career with UMB Bank in Kansas City, Mo., where she was responsible for corporate communications strategy, internal communications, and marketing for the Asset Management and Healthcare Services divisions. Anne later worked as Vice President of Marketing for First Horizon Msaver in Overland Park, Kan., a division of First Tennessee Bank, where she was charged with developing the bank's health savings account (HSA) product line. In her current role as President of Accresa and Chief Strategy Officer for Ameriflex, Anne oversees Accresa's business development and partnership strategy, while supporting and ensuring strategic alignment across broader Ameriflex growth initiatives. Anne graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics and a minor in Legal Studies.

Welcome! I’m pleased to formally re-introduce you to Accresa: our rapidly-growing solution for employers seeking an easier way to design, implement, and manage a direct primary care (DPC) benefit for their employees.

Direct primary care is an innovative healthcare payment model that strives to improve access to quality care by fostering stronger relationships between patients and their primary care physicians, and eliminating the misalignment of incentives created by the traditional fee-for-service construct. The idea is that by cutting out the expense and inefficiency associated with paying for primary care services through an insurance company, physicians will be able to spend more time focused on keeping their patients well, and patients will be able to obtain dedicated access to exceptional care from a doctor they know and trust.
